Can I request a specific room view or floor?

Room views are divided into front-facing (east, facing Sejong-daero) and rear-facing (west, facing Jeong-dong), and are assigned depending on the room type.

(Please note that, due to the hotel’s structure and location, there are no north- or south-facing rooms.)

Rear-facing rooms include Deluxe Queen, Superior Queen, and Premium Queen room types. All other room types are assigned to the front-facing side.

If you have a preferred view, we recommend booking a room type corresponding to your desired direction.

The floors assigned vary by room type. Please refer to the ROOMS section above for detailed information.

* Please note that if you reserve multiple rooms of different types, they may not be assigned on the same floor.

Requests such as high-floor or quiet rooms will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, fulfillment is subject to availability on the day of check-in.
