Until when can I cancel my reservation, and are there any fees?


For reservations made through the official website, free cancellation is available until 23:59, 2 days prior to the check-in date.


For reservations made by phone or email (Korean only), free cancellation is available until 18:00, 2 days prior to the check-in date.


For reservations made through other websites, each booking channel’s cancellation policy applies.

Please refer to your reservation confirmation and contact the respective website for further assistance.


Please note:

※ Cancellations made after the free cancellation deadline or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the first night’s room charge.

 Group reservations are subject to separate cancellation policies. Please contact your reservation agent for details.
