Is laundry service available?


Laundry service is available and can be requested using the Laundry Service Slip provided in the wardrobe. The service is accepted 24 hours a day.


Laundry service is provided at an additional charge, and the fees vary depending on the type of garment and service selected.


Items submitted by 10:00 will be delivered to your room by 19:00 on the same day.

Items submitted after 10:00 will be delivered by 19:00 the following day.


Available services include wash cleaning, dry cleaning, and pressing.


Please note:


※ Laundry service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

※ A self-service laundry room is available on the 22nd floor, open 24 hours a day. Washing machines and dryers are KRW 5,000 each, and detergent is available for KRW 1,000.
