Is luggage storage or parcel delivery available?


Luggage storage is available at the 1F front desk for in-house guests, 24 hours a day, and items can be stored for up to 6 months.

A storage receipt will be issued, and it must be presented when retrieving your luggage.


We also accept parcel deliveries.

If you send a parcel before check-in, please ensure the shipping label includes the guest name (in the same language used for the reservation) and the check-in date.


For items requiring refrigeration or freezing, please inform us in advance.
